JONATHAN MONTEBELLO has been Head Chef for many years
at several top restaurants and pubs in both Malta and Australia.
Trained in the UK, Jonathan worked in Malta
before moving to Australia in 2012.
Jonathan's unique culinary style draws inspiration from his
Maltese and Italian heritage, travels across Europe, Australia and Asia,
and professional experience spanning 25+ years in the hospitality industry.
Jonathan says, "Entertaining and being social are my forte - this is when I'm at my creative best. Cooking for work is a passion but cooking for your family and friends is more than that. It does come from a deeper place.
This was the inspiration behind my idea to start a catering company -
the love of sharing my food. It’s doing what I love the most -
creating a delicious and diverse party table.
We're bringing the Maltese and Italian traditions,
culture and food together, and serving these to
our customers here in Perth."
